International Legal Instruments
With the end of the Second World War, the international community joined forces to establish a more peaceful world order with the help of establishing a global body of governance through the United Nations. Unlike its predecessor the League of Nations, the rationale behind the UNO was active participation of nations on matters of International relevance and execution of International Law. International Law is a set of rules that act as guidelines for signatory nations to adopt them while formulating their respective laws.
This Section provides the international rules ratified and adopted by the international Community at various high-level meetings and conferences. These set of rules pertain to co-operatives along with the people who work as labour and the rights they have in the global community in the new world order.
